The latest Fire Safety Legislation requires all places of work and premises where the public have access to have a Fire Risk Assessment in place.

It is important for landlords, premises managers and employers to recognise that the requirement to carry out a fire risk assessment is a legal obligation. Where premises have a liquor or entertainment license, are a registered care or nursing home or have any other permit or license to operate under any miscellaneous legislation, the fire risk assessment is a legal requirement.
